Everberg Capital was formed in 2019 by Scott Siegel in partnership with Belzberg & Co. to specialize in making private capital investments within the U.S. middle market. Everberg is led by Scott Siegel, David Horowitz, and an experienced team of investment professionals focused on transformative growth opportunities within the business services, healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors.
