Everberg Capital provided a senior term loan to AmeriTex Pipe & Products, a founder-owned and operated business, to refinance existing debt and to provide growth capital to support manufacturing facility expansion.

AmeriTex is the largest producer of concrete pipe and box products in the state of Texas. The company’s products are used in various commercial and residential applications across both the public and private infrastructure sectors. Pipe and box products are primarily used for highway culverts as well as for storm drains, including underground storm water retention structures.
