Chris Theodoridis

Mr. Theodoridis joined Everberg in 2021 where he is actively engaged in legal and regulatory matters, portfolio management, investor relations, investment diligence, corporate responsibility, and business operations.  Prior to joining Everberg, he was at Proskauer Rose, where he had substantial experience representing a variety of clients in corporate and municipal restructurings, including public and private companies, secured and unsecured creditors, statutory and ad hoc committees, equity holders, and board members.

Mr. Theodoridis earned a BS/MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. He has also earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School as well as a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford. During law school, he worked for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and the Congressional Oversight Panel, and was also named a Next Generation Athens Fellow. Mr. Theodoridis is a CFA charterholder.
