Everberg Capital provided a holding company note to Comar, a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, to support the platform’s acquisition of Omega.

With an operating history of over 70 years, Comar operates rigid plastic manufacturing plants in North America and Europe that manufacture, assemble, and distribute bottles, containers, liquid dosing devices, and closures primarily for the pharmaceutical and health & wellness industries.
