Everberg Capital provided a unitranche term loan and a delayed drawn term loan to Dental Care Alliance, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, to refinance existing indebtedness and fund acquisitions.

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Sarasota, FL, Dental Care Alliance is one of the largest multi-branded dental support organizations in the United States. Dental Care Alliance supports a network of 340 practices across twenty states. DCA-affiliated practices provide a full suite of dental services, including general dentistry, hygiene, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics and oral surgery.
