Mr. Bower joined Everberg Capital in 2020 where he focuses on investment opportunity evaluation and execution as well as portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Everberg, Mr. Bower was an Associate at Dominus Capital, where he was responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring middle-market private equity transactions across a broad array of industries, including business services, consumer products and diversified industrials. Mr. Bower began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Group. During his time at J.P. Morgan, he underwrote over $15 billion in transactions while executing leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and recapitalizations.

Mr. Bower received a B.S. in Finance, with Honors, from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
