Scott Siegel
Managing Partner & Member of the Investment Committee

Mr. Siegel founded Everberg Capital in 2019 and oversees all aspects of managing the Fund. Previously, Mr. Siegel was a Senior Vice President for PineBridge Investments, a ~$100 billion asset manager, where he led the Private Capital team’s origination efforts as well as evaluated and executed certain investment opportunities including Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, MC Sports Acquisition, CANarchy, Empire Petroleum Partners, Penn Foster, Smile Brands, Wolf-Gordon, and Munch’s Supply. Prior to joining PineBridge Investments, Mr. Siegel served as a Director for Robert Pittman at Casa Dragones, which was subsequently sold to BDT Capital Partners. Mr. Siegel began his career at Credit Suisse in Leverage Finance & Restructuring where he underwrote over $14 billion in transactions.

Mr. Siegel received his B.A. from Duke University, where he studied Psychology and Sociology. During his undergraduate years, he was recognized as an A.C.C. scholar athlete and was a 2-time A.C.C. Champion in soccer. Additionally, Mr. Siegel received a M.B.A. with Honors from Columbia Business School, where he was selected for the Applied Value Investing program.
